thank you, my problem was that a game crashed and i had to turn off my pc, while obs was recording, the video was saved and it plays but I couldn't forward it and when I put it in PowerDirector it made it crashed, THIS fixed it completly

Anyone familiar with OBS corrupting videos by showing only the first video frame, but still opening and "playing as a video, " while only hearing the audio? Any fixes?
