Arithmetic operations on functions if you have two functions f and g then you can add , subtract , divide and multiply them in very natural way, omain and Range of the function is defined as the if f is function from X to Y then then we say that the set X is Input set and Y is output set then we say that the set of input values are domain of f and the set of output values is Range of f.

the difference of the functions f(x) and g(x) is (4 + \sqrt{x-2} - x).
i guess this would be the right answer..
