3. Once this is complete go to Whis and he will give you the skill!

I think that scene was the first time we see the Ultra Instict in his maximun brightness long before in the anime. But I not sure because... when I saw this DLC's story in that moment, I saw the true Ultra Instict and I thought: "So this is Goku's true power? I can't wait to see in the anime".
