Do note, just because Goku did infact Master Ultra Instinct, that doesn't mean he fully 'Mastered' it. Throughout the fight he even states that he is still getting used to it and the power it provides, I wouldn't be surprised if the main reason he is hit by Jiren so much in the fight is because of this fact that he simply isn't used to the speed, power, and overall feeling of it, afterall, it is a God's technique and for Goku to use it so fast would certainly take alot of getting used to...probably another reason he doesn't talk, mainly cause he is focusing on learning how it works as well as overall still getting used to it.
