Cooking for Shabbos

In addition to the food you saw me cooking in the video I also made sesame noodles and took soup, challah, sourdough bread, cakes and cookies for desserts and meatballs out of the freezer.

I always make extra soup and keep in my freezer to have for a rainy/sick day or to give a variety of soups for postpartum women or sick people in the community.

Please talk to me about that chicken! Is it sautéed beef fry with spinach and onion, on top of pastrami rolled into pargiot? I’ve been wanting to make stuffed chicken for Pesach…. Looking for ideas.
