My mother passed away in February and was very hopeless. One day, the video in which Sara tells the prayer routine appeared as a suggestion, she touched me a lot and I went back to praying, and it was the best thing that happened. I've been following the videos ever since and trying to apply what she teaches in my life (I'm not Jewish, but I've always admired this religion a lot). The tiny feet on the splash guard are meant to be up when the guard is on the pan, and when you put it aside to stir the dish in the pan, you put the splash guard on the feet on the kitchen counter - this way your counter does not get greasy from the guard :)

My family and I had Moroccan food yesterday. We had brochettes (chicken and lamb), couscous with chick peas, merguez sausage, khobz, zealouk and for dessert we had maamoul and Moroccan chebakia. I love Moroccan Shabbat! My family is Syrian and we have some similar recipes 😊 I have already made your Moroccan fish 3 or 4 times so I will have to try the tagine recipe next, it looks delicious! As a Moroccan, this is not how we make our recipes but it's nice to see that people get inspired by it. The only thing I can't talk about is the Dafina as this is not a meal we're used to as it is a jewish meal but it was very interesting to see how it's prepared and you gave great tips.

Before I leave, Sarah, i saw a TikTok (and im sure it's probably on YouTube) of a woman that freezes her tomatos, then pulls them out of the freezer, puts them in a bowl and when they defrost, voila! EASILY peel the skin. I wonder if this would work for Bell Peppers too? 🤔
