This Shabbat we hosted someone that we haven’t seen in such a long time. Everyone was so excited and helped in their own way. Come along on this Shabbat Prep video. Shabbat Salads Part 4 || Quick and Easy || Tuna/ Moroccan Carrots and Cucumber Salad / Sonya’s Prep

🗒️Recipes:

🍅 Matbucha:
Pulse 3 jalapeños, 3 tomatoes, 5 cloves of garlic. Place 3 tbsp of oil into a pot. Add the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp tumeric, 1 tbsp paprika. Mix and cook for 15 minutes.

🌶️ Jalapeño Dip:
Pan fry 3 jalapeños and 4 garlic cloves in 3 tablespoons of oil until golden. Blend once cooled with 1/2 cup of mayo, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and tsp of lemon juice.

Tehini Dip:
Mix equal parts tehini paste and water. Add in 1 cloves of garlic, 1/2 a lemon squeezed and salt. Dried herbs optional.

Humus:
1 can of garbanzo beans
1/4 cup tehini
Squeeze of lemon
Salt
Cumin
Coriander
Garlic powder
3 ice cubes
3 tbsp oil

🥩 Shabbat Roast:
S/P
Garlic powder
Onion soup mix
Cumin
Coriander
Montreal steak seasoning
Cover and Bake at 350-375F for 3-4 hours.
