You went into so much detail that it made me cry. Pardon my French, but I never thought anxiety could fuck me up so BAD.

My symptoms
1) chest pressure
2) chest tightness
3) lightheadedness
4) left arm pressure
5) cold sweats
6) pounding heart beat
7) palpitations

Many of these symptoms come out of the blue when I’m feeling fine.

I wore a Fitbit for about 5 days which did NOT help, as the ecg feature on it often would indicate an erratic heart beat.

I’ve been to the ER 5 times, and have had about a dozen EKG’s, blood work 3 times, 2 chest x-rays, and a CT scan - all came back normal. Now I’m going to my doctor tomorrow to hopefully get a stress test and holter monitor. Everyone around me is saying it’s anxiety but it’s so hard to believe when the symptoms feel so real and can be so sudden.

Thank you for your video

I will beat anxiety chest pain! I struggle with the heavy pressure, hard to take whole breaths. Good news is I know the source of the problem and I trust in God with it!

I've been in an anxiety state for over a week with these chest pains and tightness. I know I'm tense but the anxiety tells me I'm dying. Leads to this horrible depression

I changed my diet drastically and that helped me reduce my panic attacks and heart palpitations. Next, I had what I now realize after watching this video .. cardiophobia . I decided to go to the gym and run until my heart exploded. I told myself I’d die in the gym rather than living in a constant state of anxiety and fear. It’s been about 4 years and I still experience sensations in my chest and stomach. Ultimately, leaving my stressful job, changing my diet and working out even more really helped me get better. Stress is a way of telling us that we need to change our environment whether that be internal, external, professional, romantic… something needs to change. It is a very real scary feeling, but we’ll be okay. Just give it some time and actively practice breathing, exercising and drinking more water while you figure out the rest.

My symptoms:
1. Shifting chest pain
2. Heart palpitations (I can hear my heart beat in my neck and sometimes in the centre my chest)
3. Chest pain with heart palpitations (the moment I have chest pain, within 2-5 secs palpitations start)
4. Tingling sensations and pricking sensation in my wrist, back And feet
5. Chest pain radiating to the hands
6. Heartburn
7. Acid reflux (rare symptoms)
8. Muscle tension
9. Panic attacks and breathless (usually after having fights with my family members)
10. Chest tightness
11. Hypertension
12. Cramps in the lower and upper abdomen
13. Ear getting blocked
14. Shooting pain
15. Pain while moving

I did 3 ECGs, echocardiogram, endoscopy, sugar test, blood test, thyroid test, utrasound, c.t scan. All reports are normal... Now finally after 1 month of fear and struggling I have started to accept that I'm physically fine, and it's just anxiety. My dad has recently resigned from his office... This fact aggrevates my anxiety

I WILL BEAT ANXIETY CHEST PAIN.
This is me! I just quit my public service job because this was a stressed. I’ve been dealing with this for the last year. My blood pressure is fine, my heart rate is fine. Now, I’m starting my own business to reduce my chest pains. The fatigue. I’m so tired all the time.

What can annoy me is how sometimes it's not even pain, its almost a sensation. Sometimes it's this feeling across your chest. Other times it can be a muscle spasm either over your heart or near your armpit, possibly followed by a little fluttering of very minor pain, but you know it's all rooted in anxiety and it only induces further anxiety. As others have noted, you end up fearing that "this is it, this is the actual heart attack" or alternatively, "the anxiety itself will induce a heart issue." All part of the struggle, and dealing with it is all part of the journey, but even the smallest bumps in the road can set you back.

This video made me wanna cry, (I’m 19) I’ve been to ER over 5 times, I had heart palpitations, chest pains, chest pressure, weird sensations down my left arm and panic attacks to the point my heart has been beating out of my chest at a million miles an hour. I’ve seen a doctor and had an EKG, blood tests. I’m perfectly healthy and my brain will still convince me something is wrong.
Anxiety is a real thing that has a real physiological impact. This video really does put me to ease though. Thank you 🙏
