Its better than take out, contains no MSG and takes no more than 15 minutes! There are may different twists on Egg Drop Soup but this recipe is the classic restaurant style egg drop soup. This is great on the fly too, again, it takes no more than 15minutes!

Ingredients
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1/4 tsp sesame oil
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp sugar
• 1/8 tsp white pepper
• 1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 Tbsp water)
• 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
• 1 green onion/scallion (sliced)
