looks good. my go to for Bakes potatoes is cross cut them, then add a mix of grated (shredded) cheddar & red Leicester cheese. then top with heinz baked beans. simple but oh so good. but i am definitely going to try this. may add some chopped ham to the stuffing. or some peas & sweet corn.

Have you ever tried Tiger Bread. if it is available state side i would recommend it. even if it is just a toasted cheese. needs to be thick cut. try is as an eggy bread (french toast) cheese toasty. may be a cheese & chilli filling

So who else is here to actually learn how to cook? Seriously I have an easier time learning from these videos than some "serious" cooking channels that go through every step slowly and carefully. Cooking is supposed to be art not like constructing a nuclear facility. It's making food. You eat the result.
