OnlyPans: Veggie Wrap

My friend made this wrap for me in Greece and it’s so good I had to share 🥳 recipe below!!

Greek veggie wraps

Ingredients:
-1-2tbsp katiki domokou (it’s a Greek cream cheese from goat/sheep milk! I’d recommend trying to find some but tzatziki sauce or cream cheese would be great too)
-1 cucumber
-1-2 tomatoes
-bell pepper
-kalamata olives
-oregano, salt, pepper to taste
-drizzle of olive oil
-balsamic glaze (to taste)

Recipe:
-heat up the tortillas
-chop bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, and cucumbers. Add to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, oregano, salt/pep. Taste and adjust to your liking
-spread katiki onto the tortilla. Add the veggies and wrap it up!

Working at a greek restaurant at the moment, and I can confidently say you absolutely nailed that salad wrap. Only thing I’d add is some tzatziki (a white yoghurt based sauce with cucumbers) because of the positive content of the cucumber and flavor. :)
