I've been doing everything you've said on your channel FREE CONTENT ONLY, and my other self has started talking to me again. While in the past I know I would've been reacting totally different to the situation I'm SUPER HAPPY and proud of how I'm reacting to this now.

I'm just focusing on my self, not thinking too much about him, and just doing what I was doing while we weren't talking. It is what it is, and I'm happy with it, or without it.
