Hi. How do I know if my Appliance is on or off considering mine is connected to my geyser..? Also considering the WiFi is out of data. What happens when I press the reset button? Does the sonoff switch off? How will I know as the lights do not seem to give an indication

good morning I have a sonoff PowR3 for a few days it doesn't work anymore none of the lights come on it does not reset and does not paring. I tried with the tester and there is current both in and out. know how to solve to bring it to life?
