A Victory in Ending Racist Police Tactics

Ethnic and racial profiling is unfair, ineffective, and unlawful. The European Court of Human Rights took a big step toward eliminating racially-biased policing in Europe when it recently ruled in favor of Swiss citizen Mohamed Wa Baile, who was stopped by police for no good reason while on his way to work.
