Joint stiffness can be one of the most frustrating symptoms when it comes to osteoarthritis. Whether it is knee stiffness, back stiffness, neck stiffness, or shoulder stiffness- it's time to get those joints moving.

Joint stiffness usually occurs after sitting or standing in the same position for longer than 20-30 minutes. Simple movement can help blood flow and circulate some of the inflammation out of the joint. The more we can use our muscles, the less inflammation that sticks around. These exercises are great but is there anything we can do to get rid of stiffness for good eventually. I am 76 years old and had both Knee Replacement surgery done . Sis months after the second surgery my knees, hamstrings gets so stiff, it is unbearable sometimes. I just can’t rest. I do water aerobics, yoga positions and also all your exercises. Still the relief is temporary. How long this will go on? What can I do to get rid of the stiffness.
