I seriously would not have thought it was even possible to turn a rubik's cube that fast without damaging it.

‘Slower than most people’s attention span’ 💀

I'm more impressed that physics even allow this without the cube ripping itself apart

Impressive. But surprised the cube didn't jam.

The best human is only 10x slower? That's awesome

The fact that it's only ten times faster than a human shows how amazing people are at this. Like, a machine can pretty much do anything else more than ten times better.

Props to the manufacturer of those for the quality to prevent them from disintegrating in the process.

To be honest im way way way more impressed with the dude doing 3 seconds than the robot doing it in a blink of an eye like who cares that's what robots do the human doing it in 3 seconds tho is absolute mind boggling

The big difference is the accuracy of the stops. The faster a turn is fully complete and has stopped rotating, the faster you can move the next side

Finally! A device to help me with the hundreds of unsolved rubics cubes laying around my cramped and squalid apartment. Technology is amazing!!😮

We are approaching the limits of what the off-the-shelf cube can physically handle.

9 milliseconds damn that is fast just to mention that a typical monitor (60Hz) is ~16.7 milliseconds, meaning it does a 90 degree turn in less time it takes to draw one frame on the monitor. Insane!

"if you blinked, you missed it"
Sir, if you kept your eyes open the entire time you'd still miss it.

Edit:
I meant people in general missing it, not specifically this channel.

"Slower than most people's attention span" is that like a personal attack or something?

Our future robot overlords will unscrew our heads faster than we can notice.

Specially constructed Rubik's cube with modified hinges, modified pieces and modified centers for a custom grappling system that allows more precise machine turning and faster operation without issues.

Do it with a standard unmodified cube, then we'll talk.

Also amazing is the cubes themselves are so well made that they don’t fall apart when there’s so many rotations in 3 dimensions in such a short time.

How the plastic cube survive that fast movements is more amazing to me…

But don't you think humans are pretty fast themselves. Like it's just 10× faster than the fastest Rubik's cube solved by a human. JUST 10×.
