Only Rui and Enmu had a role while being a lower moon demon, even the former lower moon 6 have a great roles in the anime unlike Kamanue who just appeared to die

In Japanese, Mukago (零餘子) is a word referring to the bulbil of certain plants, most commonly of the yam. It has medical and culinary values. The bulbil serves as a backup storage pack of nutrients for plants during hard times, and can reproduce asexually if it falls off to earth.

So I'm guessing her Blood Demon Art would be either plant manipulation or "meat budding"--flinging off bits of her flesh that burrow into people and take control of them. Said bits may also grow into battle clones of Mukago, which we know aren't something difficult for Art-wielding demons (even the Swamp demon can do it, and Hantengu too, except his will be much more powerful than Mukago's).

Some speculations on the other Lower Moon's Arts:

Kamanue: His name is a portmanteau of Kama (釜, a pot/cauldron) and Nue (鵺) which is a legendary youkai in Japanese folklore. It is characterized by its banshee-like screams said to bring bad luck. So I guess some he will use kind of fire/steam manipulation or a powerful scream attack.

Wakuraba: His name literally means blighted/diseased leaves (病葉). Some kind of vampirism/energy drain/plague-spreading techniques it is then. Considering his rank is higher than Rui's, the power will be of no slouch.

Rokuro: His name (轆轤) has two meaning: The potter's wheel, and a Japanese youkai (轆轤首) that has the distinctive feature of a very long neck that normally is hidden. But it would be a very weak power if it's just that, so I suspect he either has rubber man-like powers all over his body, or his neck has special defensive properties that make it hard to chop. Maybe once he extend his neck you have to pulverize it instead of just cutting.
