I definitely like this idea but I do see a bit of a flaw. You’re giving them super powers when in the manga it is said that the hashira and demon slayer corps members don’t actually weird their elements(water, fire, wind) just that their movements look as such to the untrained eye of a spectator. Hence why demons with blood demon art are so impressive because demon slayers don’t have those powers. Even the hashira

Honestly, while I can imagine that Hashira Gyutaro would adamantly refuse to interact with Nezuko, I can see him holding a lot of respect for Tanjiro and getting along surprisingly well. I mean, Tanjiro is an older brother who’s sister is practically fighting all the cells in her body and is willing to fight the Hashira at any moment to keep her safe. I also imagine this Hantengu would likely be the most friendly of the swap Hashira towards Tanjiro and Nezuko since Tanjiro feels sorry for Demons as well while Nezuko is holding strong to her humanity and so see her as a human instead of a Demon.

For those who don't know: kokushibo/Michikatsu in his time was a former hashira but betrayed the demon slayer corp by becoming a demon

Rui's breathing forms :
spider breathing 1st form: Thread and needle( traps his opponent on a thread and then attacks them)
spider breathing 2nd from: 8 poison slashes(releases deadly poison from 8 directions)
spider breathing 3rd form: Rampaged arachnid (launches a strike of attacks to his and gets a bit faster)
spider breathing 4th form: web domain (similar to giyu's 11th form a spherical web domain will surround the user and injures people inside it )
custom spider breathing 5TH FORM: protective silk ( a layer of silk will appear and will block attacks of opponents *can use it on his allies* )

Enmu's breathing forms:
dream breathing 1st form : reality snap( if the snap is heard the opponent will start to hear loud traumatizing voices for only a short period of time)
dream breathing 2nd form: wave of darkness( The opponent will see a loved one of theirs waving towards them but it's just a hallucination)
dreeam breathing 3rd form: Nightmare clap(when The opponent hears the clapping they will feel really sleepy and lose control of their body)
Custom Dream Breathing 4th form: Eyes of hypnosis ( The opponent will instantly fall a sleep if they look at his eyes and will see a dream of the user's /enmu

Gyokko, as you describe him, would be killable in SO many ways here. First, he has to unstrap his pot from his back to access his swords, if the pot shatters he'll take multiple blows on his torso and head, and the pot is way to heavy for him to really be fast at moving with it.

*Enmu's Breathing seems the most realistic due to the fact that people who are skilled in hypnosis can hypnotize people (possibly demons depending on their will power) with a simple clap or just a snap could work with mastery of the sword would make a scary hashira + his personality would make him a scary hashira and a scary opponent.*

I have an idea for Akaza. Instead of using swords nor his bare fists he uses prosthetic arm/hands that is made from the same materials nichirin blades are made out of, since in the manga Akaza's arm/hands were gonna get chopped off.

Kokushibo was a hashira. It was always mentioned that he was the second strongest hashira and he created the second strongest breathing style moon breathing which was not the derivation of sun breathing

Enmu's breathing (dream breathing) is from moon breathing
Daki and gyutaro's breathing (blood breathing) is from water breathing

Akaza's breathing (destructive breathing) is from stone breathing

in demon slayer they make it kinda clear that the breathers didn't actually produce their element, force, thing. so I think rui would make his own threads like spoider man. and doma and such would carry some sort of shooting apparatus or throw them. idk just makes them seem more human even if the hashira are kinda godly
