Believing in Jesus is more than just praying! | #shorts

Jesus was looking for disciples, people willing to follow him. Sadly, in actual culture, many have accommodated to just making a prayer but not actually following Jesus' teachings.

Yes. Jesus never tried to persuade anyone either. He told them the truth. Was their choice

After this encounter, Jesus told his disciples that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to be saved. His disciples in shock asked, who then can be saved? Jesus answers them that with man it is impossible but with God all things are possible. This is the conclusion of this encounter and the point of the story. We cannot save ourselves, only God can save us. Jesus didn't tell the rich man to sell all he has as payment for eternal life, but to expose his idolatrous heart that he might see he has not kept the law perfectly and is in need of the saving grace of God through him.

Believing is what saves. Whether you express that in prayer or not.
Believing meaning that you trust in Christ alone to save you and nothing of yourself or any works/living a good life.

I would tend to agree with this, as there are few accounts of the disciples praying. Mostly what you will see is them asking Him questions. In other words, they were seeking understanding.

TOO MUCH wealth will make you blind of the spiritual things for you have a taste of the pleasure that this world has to offer and make you cling to it. It is hard to see that the true joy of your heart and soul can only be found in God.

You aren't rightly dividing the word of truth, Mike (2 Timothy 2:15 KJV). Paul the apostle of the gentiles in the dispensation of grace today taught that salvation from hell is not of works (Romans 3:28, 4:5; Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV).

My biggest issue with Christianity is that you have taken a man(Jesus) as a god besides YHWH and that is Idolatry.

There is only One God that we know and that is YHWH. And HE said👇🏾

Hosea 11:9 I am GOD and not a man, the Holy One in the midst of you.

But you deviate and say YHWH became a man🤦🏽‍♀️ and that is not truthful.

I love YHWH more than my life. And if it means I have to submit to a man(Jesus) in order to get through YHWH then I’d rather not submit at all.

No Prophet has ever taught that message before. Surprisingly it’s only the Greeks who borrowed such a message into Christianity.

My Lord has no intermediary’s. Everyone has direct access to HIM.
We do not need prophets to access God. Prophets were only teachers.

We don’t worship the teacher(Prophet or Priests) we worship the source of all knowledge(YHWH) and that is the only One worthy of being worshipped.

No god but YHWH alone. Is the truth of all truths.

The one who created everything in 6days.

And on the 7th day HE reigned on HIS majestic throne.

To HIM belongs all mighty and power and HE will never share HIS glory with anything. Read Prophet Isaiah it is very much clear.

Jesus was only a Messenger to the Children of Israel. And he never claimed divinity but the Greeks invented such words for his tongue

But to YHWH they will answer.

Salvation is simple Mike: Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved PERIOD. Discipleship is another matter. The sinner's prayer is a north american invention that adds to the gospel. The moment one trusts on the Lord they have, forever, eternal life. OSAS.
