New R211 trains - in service now!

I rode on the R211 on the A on Friday and it’s a beautiful train. It’s gonna be a great addition to the NYC Subways!

On the info boards above the doors, you should add or highlight service interruption info for connecting lines. Like if I am on the A and want to connect to the 7, and there is some sort of service interruption now or pending, that should be highlighted around the icon for the 7 train. That was I know I need to figure out what that service interruption is, if not announced.

Assuming these will expand the fleet, the G train could finally become full-length again, thus eliminating the possibility of passengers waiting at the wrong section of the platform.

I rode the r211, it was one of my worst experiences ever.It wasn't because of the train itself but was because of all the railfanners and foamers recording.It got very annoying, especially when they don't want you to get "in the way of their video".But other than that the r211 is beautiful, the propulsion is nice, nice lights and I enjoy how this train also helps people who are disabled.I kind of wish they would have added more helpful information towards the stripmaps since there is now 8 of them but it's alright.

Too bad that more reliable ride won’t come till 2025. And some people don’t like the new features. But I love it, and I was on the second one ever.

If you have a longer commute, standing is fun from Brooklyn to Harlem. What happened to all the corner seats? This makes my daily commute so much harder especially if I have a heavy bag.
