here in Berlin 🇩🇪 the subway is getting a new why the trains from the old series are no longer buffed here until they are scrapped or sold. They also look like your trains in the 70s and 80s 🤣💪🏻

Most European trains, especially the new ones, have a vinyl film that can be easily cleaned if it is marred by graffiti. You can even remove and put another with relative ease. Is there a law that prevents doing this in the United States?
