We live in a society where a women is always considered as a victim and a men as a sinner. Harsh but true. High time to eradicate such mentalities

Consent is always in the moment and can be revoked mid - act as well.
Bottomline is this- if you are a man in India and you are not a 100% certain of your judgement of the woman's intentions, NEVER take a chance and have sexual relations with her. The price to be paid for poor judgement is VERY HIGH.
One crazy drunken night of meaningless, casual sex is NOT worth the trauma a man will have to endure if the woman makes a false rape accusation. So, indulge in such stuff with the awareness of how crazy things can get if the woman has any ill intentions and you misjudge them.
It is tragic that legislation is such that it creates a massive trust deficit making it that much harder for men to trust women.

Okay, so someone can legally pay “Compensation” of any sum of money to the “Alleged Victim” of Rape and the “Alleged victim” shall go to court and give her statement that the sexual intercourse was consensual?

And in cases of alleged "crimes against women" the law is even more illogical & absurd.

So once you are accused you will be presumed guilty until proven innocent.

There is no medical procedure which can prove whether a sexual intercourse was mutual or forced. Some grabbies take full advantage of such loopholes
