Love your content. I am currently 9 months postpartum and it’s quite hard to stay completely on track as cortisol is high, sleep is hard to come by, breastfeeding is demanding and hormones are out of whack. However, with some of your tips and trying to be mindful of my eating and walking a lot, I have been able to lose all of my baby weight plus an additional 15 pounds. I’m still roughly 30-40 lbs away from my ideal weight, but for being postpartum I feel I’m off to a decent start. Thank you for sharing this critical information!

What if I’m already an avid weightlifter. Do I stop for a month to focus on walking ? Im scared to lose all my muscle mass progress please advise
