For the first 51 years of my life I felt like I was different from almost everyone I know. But I am 1000% Sigma personality. I cannot believe how all the traits describe me so well. I've noticed that sigma's who get themselves into positions where are they interact a lot with the public tend to keep a smile on their face that looks very real and warm. They find it puts people at their ease, disarms them so to speak. Flash a genuine looking smile at somebody and they immediately return the smile reflexively. Sigma's seem to have the ability to control the muscles around the eyes that make us smile look genuine. Not what I would call manipulation but, quietly slipping people towards a happy, peaceful mood can be rather beneficial. I've heard it described as good bedside manner.

For no.2 and this only applies to my own experiences, take it with a grain of salt because even I doubt my own identity in the sigma category.
We prefer you praise our merits and achievements, those we worked very hard for, the casual compliment like “you look nice today” or “wow you’re so cool” is thrown to the wind because they are transient without any weight or values, and don’t matter.

While we work hard to meet our own expectations, we also like to hear what others think of those expectations, we are perfetionist and love to hear the things we perfected be praised by others.
