Hi fella,
I wish you all the best with your channel, but it's vitally important that you're accurate when giving financial examples.

If T212 is your preferred platform, why do you have more money elsewhere?

Giving an example with a 10% return is silly as that's highly unlikely to be achieved.

What you stated about the 4% rule is not correct. It doesn't say it will grow if you take out 4%. It says you shouldn't run out of money within 30 years. Given you're talking about retiring early, then you need to use less than 4%.

You keep talking about ISAs, but pensions are the best way to grow money for retirement. If you plan to retire early, then you'll need an ISA as well.

£35k a year in 20 years time will not be enough to retire in future. This is another reason not to use returns without taking off inflation. And, as mentioned above, you should be using less than 4% withdrawal if you're retiring early, so you'll not even have £35k.

You also said that, due to volatility, you shouldn't invest for less than 20 years?? This is simply incorrect. If your time horizon is 5 years, there's only a very small chance that you'll end up with a loss.
