Working your glutes, hips and lower back muscles. Stretching alone will not get you higher kicks with more control. However, this routine will do just that for you. Bro i have been doing your routine 2-3 times per week duing 2 months and i can't believe how mich did i improve, my kicks feels so smooth right now. Really thanks, i have been strugleling with my flexibility for a long time.

Bro in push pull leg split if I do first day bench press strength focus and then another day of bench press day hypertrophy focus(means on Monday strength and on Thursday hypertrophy)I will increase size and and strength both (same applies for deadlift and squat) and is it ok to train like that?

I got a question. If I train to achieve kicks will it help me out with reaching higher kicks? And if I do stretch AND do your higher kicks routines at the same time, would I see great improvements too?

Hwy bro good job I do these every night. My abductors hurt so often from it I can't even kick much anymore but I know I have to build this up it's been a year almost of figure 8s and lifting the side kick 6" holding lifting. But damn can you hold that foot high. Wow how long til I surpass my chest with the hold
