He recently bought the new S24 ultra
And now he want to sell his old iphone 12 but he can't sell it without removing his apple id
And he is not able to remove it because he forgot the apple id and password both he used while creating his account
So any suggestion regarding the recovery of his account or reseting his phone completely are most welcome ❤

I use the iPhone 15 PM as my work phone & the Samsung s24 ultra as my personal phone. My s24U is years ahead of apple when it comes to software, battery life n size, cameras, performance, etc. Apple is about 4-6yrs behind other flagship devices on the market. Ya Apples OS is a lot easier for people that aren’t that tech savvy but I’ll take my Samsung any day over Apple.
