14 Pro Max here. DB 6 was the best for me. But the moment I got DB7. My battery became really bad and went from almost 10 hours to about 6 hours and it was terrible. I had almost begun to think the problem was with my phone particularly.

Re the ‘call’ button in Recent Calls:
With the Call button, there are no additional taps needed to make a call if you wish. You just tap on the call button instead of the name.
The up side: greatly reduced chance of making a call you didn’t mean to.
The down side: none.

One thing I really hate about this update(it was introduced in beta 2) is the fact that you have dark icons on the notifications panel as well as spotlight, tips etc when I don’t have dark icons turn on. Why is that? Come on apple. I like having my phone on dark mode with regular icons(non-dark). I think it looks out of place/childish. I thought I was going to get used to, but I just can’t. Let me have regular dark mode with light icons as before!
