Prostatitis | a real pain in the genitals

I talk about prostatitis and the different types. There is bacterial types of prostatitis and then the non bacterial causes of prostatitis.
The non bacterial forms of prostatitis are sometimes the most perplexing for clinicians and urologists. I recently met with psychologist, Dr. David Wise who developed a treatment protocol for prostate pain.

This video is primarily for men who have seen one, possibly multiple, urologists for their prostate pain symptoms but have not gotten much relief from standard treatments like antibiotics and pain medication.

I didn't realize you are located in the greater San Francisco area. i am having some issue with my prostate- pelvic floor issue .It started 3 months ago after working out. i spoke to the urologist over the phone and he said i might have enlarge prostate without see me and prescribed me tamsulosin. They booked me the follow week and the doctor cancelled my appointment and now next available appointment is going month and half away. I don't know if i have prostatitis or not. My GP did urine and urine culture and it came negative. I afraid that if i prolong this is going cause more issue. Do you take kaiser patient? I don't know what to do and i am scare. Kaiser is great for healthy people but when you have issue Good luck trying to book appointment going be months away.

For me prostatitis has been manageable by just taking Broccoli (God's creation). But sometimes, I had to take antibiotics (UK origin Augumentin) because dysuria have been happening sometimes ( 1 time per 2-3 years ). But the symptoms used to go away after taking the antibiotics only 1-2 times. I used to go to a Urologist when I was in South Korea: MDs in South Korea are so reticent. Since 2022, I am living overseas as a foreigner that when this happens to me, it is so cumbersome. Could you give me an advice or insight about this phenomena? I don't know if the dysuria and prostatitis are connected each other or not. I don't know the cause of dysuria as well. When I was in South Korea, the MD told me nothing but antibiotics. I became ignorant about dysuria. I'm wondering if I should see a Urologist. (But the symptom is gone right away after taking an antibiotics.) And it is happening to me very rarely as well. I'm confused.
