so what if it say dispense 3 months supply, does that mean I have to convert to days?

Hi I have a question! What if the dosage in stock isn’t what’s prescribed. For example omperazole. Doctor wants 20mg BID x 7 days. It only comes in 10mg.
How would we solve ?
