I FIGURED OUT THIS SORCERY basically it pours from the bottom because you tilt it only a little and it pours from the top when you tilt it a lot so just next time tilt it a lot so it pours from the right way (hope this helped!)

It is because, when he was bending the cup to the ice cream, he didn’t pour it directly downwards, he bended it a bit, as for the plate, he bended it DIRECTLY downwards, but he still respects the ice cream because the food would be wasted ; not really wasted its just the icecream will have water in it. 🍨🙂😊
