A black woman told us to “Watch our white privilege.” Somehow, after teaching for 32 years, I needed training on how to NOT be racists by racist trainers. Unbelievable. What dark, draconian days those were.

40 years ago, I worked my first "corporate" job. My first year review said something about I worked well with coworkers, regardless of sex, race, or whatever. I didn't even think about it at the time. A few years ago, I was going through some boxes and found it. And that was okay. Getting along is good. Common goals are good.

DEI = Division, exclusion, and incompetence. It has no valid place in business, government, or everyday life.
