Pinecil V2 Extreme Water test 107W max (quick test) with BLuetooth BLE Firmware

Показать описание
V2 in small cup of water to simulate large wire or ground plane.
Short tip, 6.2 ohms with usb-C charger EPR, 28V-5amp, 140W and an EPR cable 240W-48v usb-C type. 107W max
ohm calculator will show theoretical potential of 126W but with my testing 111w is the highest I see due to added resistance of PCB components, small amount from cable, and as the Handle (Han C) internal temperature gets very hot, I believe that IRonOS firmware is shutting me down.
If I hold Boost down for too long in water, I see watts drop to zero on screen, this is IronOS shutting me down. Then I release [+] boost and watts start to go up again. If I really keep holding it down then I get Thermal Runawa errors (this is Firmware cutting off power because it detects strange conditions).
I don't know how Ralim has IronOS set up for max allowed tolerance, but we do there are safety settings in IronOS that prevent Iron from continuing to draw power if it things you are drawing too fast.

I'm using Joric's test BLE API website on Github. and must use Ralim's BLE firmware.

Warning, Please do not attempt this test : ) It could blow your V2 pinecil and it definitely is reducing the life of your tip! the internal temperature of the handle (C Han) gets to around 50C or more. This is not good for V2 - this is just some Science and performance testing. the stress on V2 is great even though I only have set temperature to 180C, the boost is set to 420C, and you can see that when I press Boost, the IRonOS firmware at one point Kills my power for my safety because it detects we are doing some funny business.
then when I release the boost, I get watts again.
- See video details for the firmware & BLE bluetooth webpage I am using with V2 Pinecil. Anyone can use BLE webpage, it's open to all.
