Thank you this is the best method I’ve used. I learned this at the University of Idaho Ismart clinic for my PTSD. This work should have won a Nobel prize or something it’s remarkable

Tre is a must ! Honestly, it changed my life. Ladies, try a session before you're next period. Definitely a game changer for me.

I’m 12 and have found that TRE has helped my body heal and develop. I have currently had the best few nights of sleep in my life.

All i can say is that it's not until you try TRE that you realize what a wonderful experience it can be. The tremoring can really help release tension in the body and help you sleep better. At times, the amount of tension stored in certain parts of the body may feel very overwhelming causing other discomforts. Through TRE, it shows your body has its way releasing this stored tension. What's interesting is how the body has different ways of navigating through the tremor mechanism triggering different muscle groups in the most unexpected ways releasing the tension stored on a superficial layer and the deeper layers of muscle - areas that even a massage therapist may have difficulty accessing during an initial massage treatment session. Thank you for sharing this technique.

I have been practicing TRE for more than 3 years. TRE is a wonderful technique. When practicing regularly, you do not need to have massage therapies.

I learned how to do this by myself while I tried to meditate... didn't know this had a name, I asked about it to chat gpt.
This is absolutely great when we're under a lot of stress, helps us feel grounded. I recommend. Sometimes I end up with some tears, because the body wants to release all it can.

Absolute game changer… releasing the trauma from your body and feeling lighter. I can sleep much better, breathe deeper and have even lost weight “letting go”… used with yoga, and counselling… my go to for when my mental health is not at its finest… it’s science, no woo woo

Does anyone else experience this. When I’m doing the chair pose against the wall, the shaking moves from just my legs to my entire body, everything moves. My hands, head, everything shakes and my body seems to be moving on it’s own in a very strange way. I can make it stop at anytime but if I continue to watch it, it feels like I’m possessed because I’m not consciously doing anything.
