I'm not a proponent of tiny houses, but it's clearly marketed towards people who don't have children/want children. And I like your simplistic idea that everyone will find a way to buy a 2k sqft house when houses have never been more unattainable in our economies history.

What the hell is talking about! Tiny homes are great for rental properties to college students.

If you have kids, ofc tiny house living isn’t practical. That’s pretty much a given.

Imagine millennials who have kids and can still afford more than 1000 square feet. It is to laugh.

Not a good investment is not fully true. I won a tiny home, I bought it for 25, 000$ I’ve had it for a year and I rent it out for a $1000 a month, in 2 years I will make my money back. It’s not a good place to live long term but if you can find a tenant it’s a great investment

you’re missing the point, it’s for people who don’t want kids/have kids yet. anyone who forces their kids into that lifestyle are scummy, yes. the reason i want a tiny home is for a vacation home. your observation is well intentioned but ultimately oblivious to all the case by case situations everyone considering buying one/already own one are in. though, brainlets who live the van life are genuinely braindead. i’ll agree with you there lmao

When they grow up and have more money, the kids now will be in the position the millennials were in. And will need housing
