God Bless Randy & Amanda, Right now I'm taking care of my Mom (89 years young), and If it were not for Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH); I would not have a home to be able to move into after my Mom passes away. NOTE: I cannot afford housing in the State of Maryland, and this should show ya how much Randy, Amanda, and all of the Staff at ITH, have a positive effect on people across the country (not just Tennessee). Well, I think ITH's financing model is great. No corporate seed money, no investors, no venture capitalists, no corporate capital campaigns, no loans, no absent partners, no massive debt, no liens, etc., etc. I think it's better for everyone. Though it is harder on those who don't have the money up front, ITH does steer those who are interested to a lender. There is a link on their site and the lender favors tiny house buyers, I believe. And the homes are at such a good, economical price that it does offer many people a chance at home ownership who would not have it otherwise. The lot rents are the most affordable that I've seen and I have watched a lot of YT vids on tiny house communities. ITH has also begun to offer lot ownership for select parcels+homes, as I understand it. It IS exciting and I enjoy watching the updates. 🌻🏠🌻

Don't down ur tiny home Randy. I was certainly hoping to get 1 of the other homes, but as things are going now I'd be very happy to have the 8x20. It's a roof over our head and a place to sleep out of the elements and a place to cook and shower. Amen. I hope I can get 1. Winter is here, and I am in a horrible situation with medical issues as well. 🤞I'll be able to get 1 if ur smaller ones. 🙏.

I need to further add: I paid up front for my home; waited in turn for it to be built; used Matt and Jamie to have my home delivered. The whole process went smoothly, and I received a wonderful, sturdy built home, backed by Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH), and this statement hardly anyone can make concerning any home! My Tiny Home, everyone wants to see it, kick it's tires, and they all walk away wishing that they could have one too (quality of the home does sell itself). These are well built homes not Campers, and not a Mobile Home; these are Tiny Homes that are built to last; either with the wheels off (on skids), wheels down, or wheels up. These homes can be placed in campgrounds, trailer parks, and on your own property. You can buy them stripped down or with all of the luxuries added; the sky is the limit! ITH is not a fly by night business, and I'm sure that their competitors and home builders are nervous and upset with this new profitable company that is showing everyone how it's done!

Even being modular certified, its still up to individual insurance companies wether or not they will insure your house though isnt it?

I just have a very hard time seeing the problems FEMA is causing folks in the wake of this hurricane damage. I know you two are willing to get these people help. Maybe they need to relocate if they can't get reestablished in NC. Tennessee has room! I hope they come here to live. Next year will be better for everyone. I pray we can get past the blockades being set before us. Citizens have to take care of each other. That's it.

I was more intelligent in my 20s, then now. I couldn't believe in paying rent to make someone else's mortgage. No way. So I've owned 2 homes. Well had financed. The house I was buying here I got for 44k. That was 1994. In 2010it listed for 180k. I was proud of myself for the things I learned to do to improve my home. I did drywall, electrical, some plumbing and of course my landscaping. I was pd the nicest compliment from Joe Huntsman told me I had the prettiest house and property in the neighborhood. 😊. I was so proud. I worked hard. And it pd off.

Thanks for the Southern Heights update …. was a great idea and beautiful piece of land. Tennessee was just too far for me.
