Super nice little house, and finally a kitchen with smaller scaled appliances! I never saw the need for full sized appliances in these smaller homes, just over kill in my opinion, however I do love that the bathroom has a bigger shower, now that’s a necessity in my book.

The way its designed its more of a getaway cabin. No closets, no place for washer and drier and no oven. You could put two together, but for the price, you could buy a manufactured home, or use the money on a down payment on a real house. But, it is cute.

I like the layout of this place. My most favorite part is the floating shelves throughout. For that price, however, you could buy a single wide mobile home. You're getting closer to my backyard again. I probably live about 2-3 hours from Somerset. This would be perfect for someone starting out or for those who want to downsize.

That price is insane! Especially for everything you DON’T get. There’s no oven to make a meal, no way to do laundry and no place to put the laundry if you do go somewhere else to clean it. Definitely don’t plan on having guests. I can see this being a nice place to stay if you’re getting away for a weekend but definitely not to live in on a daily basis. And definitely not for that price. 😳

I really like that house but I might put the bedroom where the kitchen is and slide the living area to the front and have the kitchen in the middle. Then you could have a wall between the bedroom and kitchen. I would feel too exposed sleeping by that big pretty window. My oldest kid lives in Mississippi. He loves it there.
