Great insights, thank you! I was finishing up my deal (20% off my signature business course in an economy “self study” version that I’m launching right now, plus two months of support group for free). Now I’m confused if it’s wrong to have this discount? We’re landing on 237 euros total.
On the other hand you got me thinking of putting together content for a lower-priced offer (part of which is planned but not filmed) for the product side of things (essential oils training). Lots of ideas and not much time left! Yikes, exciting!!!

This is very helpful. I'm hoping to get this Black Friday season right this time. I'm doing product bundles Fri.-Mon. (different beauty bundles each day) + I have a launch waitlist going on as well that I think I'm going to do an online class for, but I wasn't sure if I should make the announcement during or a few days after CyberMonday. Open to suggestions.

Thanks. Appreciate you and your insights! Wondering, ...do you suggest to promote only ONE Black Friday offer? One idea I have will potentially not appeal to my whole market. Could I offer an option, or does that water down the promotion? Is it better to find one offer that appeals to the biggest group?
