When I get stressed about things such as elections whether it be in the US or here in Denmark I always think about this;
Imagine it was a secret which party or leader who won. Imagine you would get no info about which laws was passed or changed, who was doing this or that.
Would you actually be able to tell who was leading the country? Probably not.
Nowadays most countries are set in their ways, how the country functions. This or that government ruling for a few years will not change your life.
You most likely wouldn't be able to tell.

But ofc there is a balance. I'm not saying you shouldn't care about politics at all. Have a good day.
