2002 Ford Mustang GT comparison between Magnaflow Magnapacks and Flowmaster Super 44s with UPR o/r X pipe.

Magnapacks give it that nice V8 rumble. But the 44's give it the signature Mustang sound.

That magnaflow sounds soooo crisp....dang. I was surprised, the flowmasters sound kind of "tinny" to me in a direct comparison.

Love the flowmaster super44, that iconic muscle car sound that you hear blocks away and you wait for whatever it is to drive by. I have magnaflow muffler on my 2010 ram 5.7 and it sounds good when I'm on the gas but just cruisin it's quiet.

Better with an off road H imo. I had a 00 model GT with the off road H and FM 44’s loved the sound !! Now I’m in a 06 GT with an off road H and FM Outlaws

Flowmaster would sound way better with o/r h pipes.

Ive had both, I preferred my Flow-masters tho because I had them with an O/R X pipe.

I got an 01 gt with a UPR O/R X pipe and flowmaster original 40s and sounds hollow when I start it up I can actually hear that but when I'm driving it down the road it's got a nice deep muscle car roar that I love I gotta say Flowmasters on this one not to take anything away from the magnapacks though

Magnaflow all day. Sounds so much cleaner and more aggressive. And they don’t rob as much power. Win win.

I drove a 2002 GT with FLOWMASTER 40s that dumped just before the rear axle. They sound orgasmic! Wayyy better than Magnaflows ever could be!

Magnaflow sounds best in my opinion. Flowmaster always sounds like too much air is escaping through the exhaust.

Magna flow sounded WAY better. It had a good rumble whereas the Flowmaster makes it sound hollow and tinny.

I had the straight through design magnaflow, the Magnapacks i think they were called. It was not loud at idle but sounded good on start up and high revs. Later on I had flowmaster with OR Xpipe and it was the best sounding car in town. Keep in mind the Magnapacks offered more HP (no restriction)

Flowmaster all the is the way a mustang need to sound. My mustang have 40 series on it and sounds amazing

I run Magnapacks with 4in tips and I constantly get compliments on how great my car sounds... everybody seems to go with flowmasters but nobody's sounds as good as mine

Love those flowmaster super 10s you cant go wrong with those
