Quick & Easy Tuna Kimchi Jjigae (Tuna Kimchi Stew)

Today's recipe is a variation of Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi stew). It's commonly made with pork, but this recipe uses canned tuna! It's super easy to make, hearty, flavorful and delicious!

Kimchi Jjigae is my comfort meal, and I love all kinds. I hope you guys enjoy too! If you don't like tuna, I also have a regular Kimchi Jjigae recipe below.

Ingredients

- 3 cups fermented Kimchi
- 250 grams tuna (canned)
- 1/2 block of tofu
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 scallions
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup water

Seasonings:
- 1 Tbsp soup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1/2 Tbsp rice syrup or sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp oil
