The New Way to Import DnDBeyond Characters, Spells, Items, and Monsters

Today we're taking a look at a new and improved way to import our characters and monsters as well as how to import all of our items and spells from DnDBeyond to Foundry VTT automatically. We'll also take a look at a couple of additional modules: Tokenizer and Magic Items.

Awesome videos - keep them coming! As a new DM and new to VTT you have been a life saver! Clicked the bell for the first time ever on youtube! Now all we need is for someone to pick up the D&D Beyond Campaign imports. Bummed VTT Assets is unable to do some of the new stuff at the moment.

Hey mate, just wanted to pop in to say that I'm *finally* getting onto laying some groundwork in setting up my FVTT instance so I, in all my n00b-player-AND-DM glory, am as ready as I can be to run some remote (and even local IRL games on several screens) for my mates and myself, and that your videos have been absolutely instrumental in me wrapping my head around so many things, even as far as gameplay itself is concerned!

Thank you so much for adding this video! It took me an entire week to figure this out. I really wish that the VTT Assets developer would have posted something on his Patreon page BEFORE I supported him. Just wanted to say that after I dumped Roll20 (may it burn slowly in a rubber tire fire) I immediately jumped on the Foundry VTT boat and it is awesome. Thank you so much for being one of those that recommended it from the start, and it-s super to have both DungeonDraft and Foundry support in the same channel. As a bit of an odd side comment: I understand you aren't always super comfortable with detailing high quality maps, and so I was wondering if you-d considered partnering with any other artist for even a brief period, with you kind of asking questions and such and them providing the in depth commentary. Just a random idea. Thanks again sir!
