The b-roll reminds me of muscle monsters lol what I’ve been doing that has been working out, is sitting upper body workouts with bands and dumbbells, and for legs squads and calve raises.. I just have to reduce flex in my lumbar spine. Using a back brace helps with pain while in a seated position, but I can only do a 30 minute workout.

I heard swimming is good for core workout but no access to a pool

I feel like this when i work out
Its my 3rd year with chronic back pain and injury and i use bands for most of my workouts and im not reaching muscular failure but still my back gets sensetive and starts burning, and the day after too

I’m recovering from a chronic low back injury and am back in the gym finally. I’m doing push/pull exercises to start. Solely push ups and pull ups. Prior to getting injured I have an extensive calisthenics background. Are these safe exercises for my low back?
