High Protein PB Banana Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

We hopped on the viral cottage cheese ice cream trend! This is a great higher protein option for a treat that isn't high in sugar.

Serves 4
2 c full-fat cottage cheese
1 banana
2 tsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp creamy nut butter
1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

Put everything except chocolate chips into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.

Pour into a loaf pan or divide into 4 ramekins, sprinkle with chocolate chips and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
