The reason why silly billy is so tall is bc Bf is canonically 7 feet tall. The reason why he is portrayed as being so short is bc of his childishness. So it would make sense that silly billy is so much taller than him. And when he mimics bf, he’s acting childish.

You know, a thing I really like that nobody seems to bring up is that Billy uses the same mechanics BF does. Whenever he's singing, he saps your bar to add to his own, the same way we do against anyone else. Really makes it feel like a conflict between equals

I think the whole My Way segment turns this from a solid "Fight your dark self" battle into a sad yet beautiful tragedy. It shows how despite everything, even though Yourself and Herself are at their absolute lowest and have suffered so much, they still care about each other. He still just wants to make her proud, and even after death she stays by his side to cheer him on. It's sad, but also kind of heartwarming in a way. As someone who's lost loved ones, I feel the emotion in those lyrics every time I hear them.

Fact: The creator of 'Silly Billy', Divide, died of cancer while sleeping. One of the developers found a drawing of this character, and made a song with the character.
The lyrics is not only about his girlfriend that died, it's also saying how Divide would be proud of his creation if he was alive.

I never thought I could be sad about the story of a mod. I don't consider Yourself a villain, he just wanted his girlfriend back, and he probably felt guilty about what happened... I also loved how this mod paid homage to the Divide, and in the lyrics it also referred to the Divide so much as for Herself. Simply my new favorite mod
