How to Update Your Lowrance Unit Wirelessly

Updates, sometimes they can get confusing.....follow these steps to be able to update your units wirelessly. Don't forget to have an SD, lowrance recommends nothing over 32GB.

Any idea why my HDS9 & 7 keeps prompting me to Insert SD card to continue SD card is currently formatted and installed already 🤔

Why did Lowrance send me a 2 Standard size SD cards with Lake Insight Pro and C-Map Pro on a brand new Elite 5ti and the control head only takes a MicroSD? Hmm...What am I missing?

Do you have to leave the card in after it updates.

I think you forgot to mention that the unit needs to connected to WiFi, or does it not?!
