That masterpiece optimus is actually the hasbro version because of the battle damaged deco and shorter smokestags(takara one is cleaner deco and bigger smokestags) also amazing video, love transformers since kid and im very happy with transformers one and I hope we have more of this Universe.

Your MP Starscream is the Hasbro US/EU release of Takara's MP-03. They've had three different versions of MP Starscream over the years; MP-03, MP-11 and MP-52.

Gobots doesn’t get enough respect from the Gen X folks that are old enough to remember. Gobots originally sparked my love for transforming robots from Japan. I actually remember a few of us thinking that Transformers were offshoots of Gobots when the comic book commercial came out in spring 84…anyway, shout out to Gobots

Your MP-01 Optimus is the /Hasbro/USA version. The Takara/Japan version has the longer smoke stacks.

If I’m correct, I think your masterpiece bumblebee is mistransformed. it looks like his hips aren’t fully extended so he looks a lot more tubby and round than he really should. Just wanted to let you know!

Good video sir and great collection. Thanks for sharing childhood memories and stories. We all stories as a kid. My aunt gave 10dollars for a sound wave l knew it was a little more in 1984. Aww childhood memories and the nostalgia.

Transformers and go bots are good I've got almost all the rocklords from the gobots line and I'm working on getting a few beast wars Transformers. Beast wars was my introduction to the Transformers at a young age and for awhile I thought that Transformers were only animals!

My 3 favorite Autobots are Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Jazz My 3 favorite Decepticons are Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave.

What you said about Bumblebee's head not being his original. I've read the original comic a few years ago, and if I recall correctly, Bumblebee was destroyed and he was recreated az Goldbug. He had a different head, not resembling Bumblebee at all. So what you got there, I think it is Goldbug.

Some of the Masterpieces like Optimus Prime, Megatron, and the Seekers are outdated...

You should get MP-10, Maketoys Despotron, and Maketoys Seekers, or MP-44, MP-36, and the MP-52 and his repaints...

The larger scale Yolopark figures/models that just started coming out are awesome. Starscream is coming out next. Love his light-up eyes.

You can find plenty of Megatron figs that TF into the gun. Third party isnt held hostage by silly knee jerk crap so that’s how you get one. One of these companies just put up for preorder a Studio Series scale Megatron that looks like he stepped out of the movie and he turns into the gun. It has sold out everywhere last week. The only problem with it is he’s too short. They had no way of knowing 86 Optimus would be as tall as they made him, but someone will make an upscaled KO so that will be corrected in time once it releases.

G1 Prowl is better tranformed if you rotate the tyres to be behind his arms. Just saying. Cool video, but brave of you to transform them in front of Transformer fans. 😅
