If they you're serious we would been using paper bags made from hemp, corn or paper from sustainable plantation timber.

if you get woolworths home delivery you can choose between getting 'counter' delivery for $3.50 and the guy will unload your groceries from his baskets OR you can get 'bag' delivery for $1 total and the guy will unload your bagged groceries from his baskets. Even Woolies would prefer you to use bags and charges you less to take them...

Nets are also part of "plastic debris".... Of course discarded nets would be a problem...other plastic? Just like rocks, coral, drift wood..not going to cause a significant issue

What's your take on the recent 10c recycling refund offered by Anastasia puddleduck?
She put a 20c surcharge on every applicable glass, plastic & metal recyclable container then gives us back 10c if we bother to take them to a depot, which could be as far as 40 kilometers away if you don't live in a major metro area.
