Another amazing grip design for the quest 3 controllers are the Maecker Charging Controller Grips for Meta Quest 3S. They extend the battery life and add length to the controller as well as a port for charging them. On top of that they add in a dual head lighting usb c charging cable that allows you to charge both of the controllers at once instead of charging them one by one. The price of these beautiful grips are $40.

As a PCVR gamer, my setup is a Quest 3 with the Bobo S3 strap (It’s pricey but it has a really nice battery and also has a built in fan for your head), virtual desktop, and Index Controllers. Trust me, the grip with the strap is AMAZING, 100% recommend a controller grip with a valve index like strap.

Instead of a bobovr M3, I would recommend an S3 headstrap because unlike the M3 it comes with a built-in fan for when you get sweaty. It is a little bit more expensive but trust me it's so worth it.

Also, if you have just a phone charging block with a USB-C port you can just put it in your pocket and thread the cable through your shirt and get an extra couple hours of battery life. Just check that it’s the right amps and volts and whatever to make sure that it won’t burn out your quest.

i used a backpack for my vr. balances out. feels fun for shooters. and holds a powerbank 30.000mah. making me quest without fear of it dying.
also get some rechargable batteries on usb C i got 4 of em. so i can swap em out. while the others charge.

I would recommend the lens protector too because if the lenses get scratched, it’s a $300 replacement
