Personally I like the rings that went around the quest 2 controllers they may have to wear even if you didn't have your lanyards on you can still let go of your controller catch it on your thumb and use the rest of your hand

I don't think VR will be used for meetings anytime soon. You get a more humanlike experience through a basic Teams call, where you actually see the other person.
Screensharing is also more effective through regular calls. Disabled or older people would also have a hard time fully utilizing the features of VR.
